It's way too easy to use single-use plastics. But it's not especially difficult to opt for reusable substitutes.

🧉 Avoid single-use drink containers: bring a reusable water bottle and coffee/tea mug. (Glass is healthiest.)

🍴 Avoid single-use utensils: bring a reusable utensils set. (I suggest bamboo.)

🥤 For those whose ability allows them to avoid straws, refuse them; or bring a reusable one.
